These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Dunamis Offshore Credit & Investment's digital platforms, mobile applications, and financial services. By opening an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Account Eligibility & Opening
You must be at least 18 years old, possess valid government-issued identification, and pass our KYC/AML verification process. Accounts are subject to approval and ongoing compliance reviews.
2. Service Usage & Restrictions
Accounts are for personal or authorized corporate use only. You agree not to engage in money laundering, fraud, sanction evasion, or unauthorized third-party access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms.
3. Fees, Limits & Liability
Fees are published in our Fee Schedule and may change with 30 days' notice. Transaction limits apply based on account tier and verification level. DOCIB liability is limited to direct damages as permitted by United Kingdom banking law.
4. Intellectual Property & Digital Platforms
All software, branding, and digital content remain the exclusive property of Dunamis Offshore Credit & Investment. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or scraping is strictly prohibited.
5. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in George Town, United Kingdom, under the rules of the United Kingdom International Arbitration Centre.
